Dr. Mohammad Alajarmeh, M.D., is an accomplished clinical research professional and executive with over 12 years of experience leading Phase 1 through 4 clinical trials across biopharma, medical device, CRO, and academic research settings. He currently serves as Director of Clinical Operations and Acting Chief Executive Officer at Eunoia Health, where he oversees strategic leadership, regulatory submission architecture, and trial operations for novel pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device platforms. Dr. Alajarmeh earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Florida Atlantic University. His extensive career spans clinical trial monitoring, medical device oversight, and operational management at global CROs such as IQVIA, as well as academic islet cell transplantation research at the Diabetes Research Institute. His therapeutic expertise spans cardiovascular, medical device, metabolic, central nervous system, and vascular trial execution. As a Physician Member of the American Society for Preventive Cardiology, Dr. Alajarmeh is deeply committed to advancing clinical trial innovation, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based operational strategy for next-generation cardiometabolic drugs, therapeutic technologies, and cardiovascular devices. Outside of clinical research, he is a dedicated advocate for lifestyle medicine and community wellness in South Florida—leading local bicycle tours and heading the South Florida Mango Collective, promoting active aerobic living, local food production, and whole-food tropical nutrition.
