Ishita Vasudev

I am a first-year Internal Medicine resident at BronxCare, affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York. My passion lies in preventative cardiology, and I have had the privilege of conducting research at Mount Sinai Heart. My work has been accepted at leading conferences including ASPC, ACC, AHA and SCAI. I am honored to serve as a Social Media Ambassador for ASPC 2025. During medical school, I was elected Class Representative, where I championed healthy eating and the power of yoga as tools for wellness. I remain deeply committed to addressing cardiovascular health disparities in South Asian and underserved populations, while also exploring the applications of artificial intelligence in cardiology.
