PHYSICIANS OR DOCTORAL LEVEL DEGREE
Appropriately credentialed professional engaged in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease or involved in the research or educational activities relating to preventive cardiology.
INDUSTRY
Health professionals or other representatives of the medical industry as an employee or contractor, given that you do not promote or participate in activity directly related to sales or marketing of products or services.
HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
Other health professionals engaged in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease or involved in the research or educational activities relating to preventive cardiology.
STUDENT/TRAINEE
Individuals actively enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate training program focused on preventive cardiology. A letter from the program director or school registrar must be emailed to contact@aspconline.org to complete your application. Please note - Student memberships will be automatically be set to expire on 12/31 of the current year. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, your expiration date will be re-set to your graduation date.
